I just saw Mira Furlan at United Fan Con in Springfield, Mass. and she was an utter delight, although she has a bit of a cold. She's a well-educated, well-spoken woman who spends time with her fans in the autograph line.

She loves Hawaii but found the location scene in the rain to be the hardest scene she's ever had to do: 14 hours of cold rain pouring on them actually makes the body go into shock. It gave her a greater appreciation for what actors in action films have to go through.

She keeps in touch with several of the B5 actors especially Bill Mumy. Also used to keep in touch with the late Tim Choate and Richard Biggs. She loves Peter, just had a dream about Claudia (who lives in England). And she thought Andreas was a great actor.

No interesting news about Lost, except that she was a bit disappointed about the episode where she took the baby because she felt it was more designed to tell the story rather than develop the character.

She does love the great role she just did this week for Night Stalker and loves the atmosphere on that show.

I would recommend going to a convention appearance of hers.
