I guess it would depend on *when* you asked the Question:

Pre-Chrysalis Delenn - None. Two Acolytes would stun station maintenance into suspended animation, replace the light bulb, then incinerate the dead one without getting caught.

Second Season Delenn - One, once she answered the question of whether she was really destined to change the light bulb.

Third Season Delenn - Just her (along with the entire Religious and Worker Castes), and Valen help *anyone* who stood in her way.

Post-Z'Ha'Dum Delenn - Just The One - but John would have to inspire her to act to change the bulb one last time to serve as a beacon for the others.

Post Shadow-Vorlon War Delenn - She would replace the burned-out bulb with herself as an example for the World, only to be saved at the last second by a former adversary turned ally.

Season Five Delenn - None. Delenn would tell the President, the President would tell the Captain, the Captain would tell station maintenance, station maintenance would tell Mack and Bo, and *they* would go change the light bulb.
